AUSINORA™ is operated by Hangzhou Dingyuzhou Trading Co., Ltd.

By accessing ausinora.com, creating or using a customer account where available, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to your transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not submit an order.

To submit a binding purchase, you must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age or do not otherwise have legal capacity to contract independently, purchases should be made with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where applicable.

If customer-account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Please notify us promptly if you believe an account associated with you has been accessed or used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, available finishes, variant options, pricing, and availability accurately.

AUSINORA™ offers women's jewelry and accessories including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, sculptural metal designs, freshwater-pearl jewelry, decorative glass pieces, and interchangeable charm designs.

Depending on the item, available options may include gold-tone or silver-tone finishes, glass colors, U.S. ring sizes, adjustable chain lengths, or other variants.

Product photography may appear different because of lighting, screen settings, display calibration, photography, scale, reflections, and other reasonable factors.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or shipped.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.
• Suspected unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Unavailable inventory.
• A material pricing or product-information error.
• Applicable legal or shipping restrictions.
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If an amount has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable refund will be initiated.

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes where applicable are displayed before checkout is completed.

Your final purchase amount may depend on the product and selected variant, including finish, color, ring size, quantity, or other applicable options.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable return requirements.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we normally initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days.

The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the ordered item or variant, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery where reasonably possible.

Include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the jewelry, packaging, shipping label, or issue.

If the issue concerns an incorrect option, identify the finish, color, U.S. ring size, charm configuration, or other selected variant.

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Customers should confirm that an applicable discount is reflected in the final order total before submitting payment.

AUSINORA™ products are sold primarily as fashion jewelry and personal accessories.

Jewelry should be handled according to the applicable product description and care information.

To help preserve appearance, avoid unnecessary contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, household chemicals, and abrasive surfaces unless the applicable product page states otherwise.

Unless expressly stated on a product page, a product is not represented as medical, therapeutic, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, commercial resale, or business purchasing should contact us before submitting an order so availability and applicable terms can be confirmed.

Purchasing AUSINORA™ products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official AUSINORA™ distributor, representative, agent, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written authorization.

The AUSINORA™ name, branding, website design, graphics, product photographs, product presentation, text, original creative concepts, jewelry styling, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator to the extent applicable.

Website content may be used for personal shopping and other lawful noncommercial purposes.

Store content may not be copied, republished, modified, distributed, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission except where applicable law permits such use.

If the website allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant the store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, contains sensitive personal information, or is unrelated to the relevant product or service.

You may not use the website to:

Their products, services, content, availability, and data practices may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transportation restrictions, labor disruptions, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, widespread technical outages, or similar events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution under the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, a transaction, or product use where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.

These Terms and purchases made through the store are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply based on the transaction or customer's location.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact customer support first so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that or another provision later.

We may revise these Terms when our services, business practices, technology, store policies, products, service providers, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be posted on ausinora.com with an updated revision date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is submitted generally applies to that transaction.
